I have an extended warranty plan through American Home Shield and sometimes with layers of dealing with the middleman the response time can be lengthy. C & R responded immediately came to the house, we had to wait for some parts as soon as they came in Ron was back out to fix the problem another part broke on the dishwasher and he came the same day for another job had the part on the van and it was 1 2 3 finished. I feel I have to mention how nice the person in the office is I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I would recommend C & R without hesitation a great company!
